As the Founder and CEO of Code Empowerment Progress, Ornella is passionate about creating opportunities for young Rwandans, especially women, to thrive in the tech industry.
After experiencing firsthand the transformative power of technology education, Ornella founded Code Empowerment Progress in 2023 to help close the gender gap in Rwanda's growing tech sector and empower the next generation of innovators.
